Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via SMS or email. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a taxi. This includes your name, phone number, pickup, and drop-off locations.
Pickup Timeliness: Please ensure that you are ready at the agreed pickup location at the specified time. Drivers may only wait a limited time before proceeding to the next booking.
Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at +966 54 652 4612. Cancellations made less than [Insert Time] before pickup may incur a fee.
Fare Rates: Fares are calculated based on the distance, time, and any applicable additional charges (such as waiting time or tolls). All fares are provided upfront during booking, and any changes or deviations in the trip may affect the final cost.
Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via cash or third-party payment gateways. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge for the booked services.
Receipts: A receipt will be provided via email or SMS upon request after payment is completed.
Service Delays: While we strive to ensure timely pickup and drop-off, we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and follow all local laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving inappropriately or dangerously.
Lost Property: We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle after the ride. Please check your belongings before exiting the taxi. Lost items may be reported to us, and we will assist in retrieving them when possible.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. If the driver arrives and the passenger is a no-show, a cancellation fee will apply.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days days of the request. Any disputes regarding charges should be reported within 30 days.
